Year by year, the demand for higher pastoral education from the Third World has increased. The number of applicants to ITCS has exceeded ITCS’s capacity. While ITCS has been looking for a solution, it was God who, in His providence, has prepared ITCS to extend our biblical and theological education program to the forefront of The Third World, where ITCS is able to offer necessary education to perspective students in the Third World. With mission of a few committed pastors in the USA, the theological institution of the same vision has already been established in Cambodia in God’s providence, which is Asia Reformed College and Theology and at last we were united into one to take same path to fulfill God’s Great Commission effectively.
Cambodia in Asia has recently been brought out of it’s political and social catastrophe, since the Pol Pot regime had committed genocide to wipe out one third of the Cambodian population and have destroyed all the modern industries in their country, declaring the slogan “go back to the agriculture age.” However, the healing and restoration of Cambodia makes its way through God’s grace and mercy, as the evangelistic zeal of missionaries from around the world touches Cambodia and changes the country in every aspect of life. Particularly, the Gospel infiltrates as far as the isolated villages in the country.
Cambodia is strategically located in the middle of Asia where the Gospel is strongly needed. Cambodia is surely at the forefront of
spiritual warfare in the world where all kinds of religions and atheism exist. Thus, Cambodia is an ideal location for spiritual training as well as biblical training. Besides, there are so many advantages in pastoral and biblical education for the students from The Third World. Thus, in the year of 2007, ITS finally affirmed to establish another school in Cambodia, which came to be called the ITCS (International Theological College and Seminary in Cambodia), to fulfill “God’s Great Commission”
The faculty of ITCS is comprised of pastors who share a common commitment to Christ and His Gospel as recorded in the inerrant
Scriptures and expressed in the Reformed Confession of Faith. Today, it is unfortunate that there are a considerable number of churches teaching a Christ who is not of the Scriptures. However, the professors of ITCS are faithfully committed to teaching the Word of God without compromise.
ITCS will warmly accept students from around the world and educate them with enthusiasm and with the heart of Christ,
